Okay... so, what really is slainDOX?
slainDOX is now the official name for the former Balcado server, which now serves the title for the overarching organization. Under this new identity, significant changes have taken place. The server has transitioned into a mod and plugins environment, with the promise of regular map alterations every 2 months, unless players prefer to maintain the current map. Despite being aware of our current standing as "weaker" compared to Hypixel, we're determined to swiftly rise through the ranks and position ourselves as a formidable competitor alongside them.
While the primary focus remains on survival and creative gameplay, plans are in motion to introduce 3 exciting new game modes; skyblock, one block challenge, and one chest challenge. Furthermore, our commitment to enhancing experience is underscored by frequent updates released every week or 2.
On this server we believe in F2P mechanics; not P2W, that's why we have 2 currencies, the 1st is the Lira (you can get this from doing tasks like mining, farming, fishing, and killing mobs), and the 2nd is the Drachma (which you can get by trading for it using items such as blocks or resources with other players, you can also get this by buying a one-time purchase of one of the donating tiers and getting an X amount of Drachmas a week) Drachmas are only used for cosmetic purposes like purchasing garments for example.
